Welcome to Apple Tours. By booking a tour package or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  1. Booking Policy
    All bookings are subject to availability.
    A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
    Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information during booking.
    Apple Tours reserves the right to refuse any booking under special circumstances.
  2. Payment Terms
    A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any tour package.
    Full payment must be completed before the tour departure date.
    Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
    All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
    Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date.
    Refund processing may take 7–15 working days.
    No refund will be provided for unused services after the tour has started.
  4. Changes To Itinerary
    Apple Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational requirements.
    Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible without compromising the travel experience.
  5. Travel Documents
    Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents during the trip.
    Any additional permits required for specific destinations must be arranged by the traveler unless otherwise mentioned.
  6. Hotel & Accommodation
    Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided.
    Early check-in and late check-out depend on hotel policies and availability.
  7. Transportation
    Transportation services will be provided according to the selected package.
    Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns are beyond our control.
    Apple Tours will make every reasonable effort to minimize inconvenience.
  8. Traveler Responsibilities
    Travelers must follow local laws, hotel rules, and safety guidelines.
    Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property will be the traveler’s responsibility.
    Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers and service providers.
  9. Limitation Of Liability
    Apple Tours acts as a tour organizer and coordinator.
    We are not liable for losses, injuries, accidents, theft, delays, natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or circumstances beyond our control.
    Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.
  10. Force Majeure

Apple Tours shall not be held responsible for tour disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Landslides
Snowfall and road blockages
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Political unrest
Transportation disruptions

  1. Pricing Policy
    Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, taxes, hotel tariffs, or government regulations.
    Confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price changes.
  2. Website Usage
    All website content, images, logos, and materials are the property of Apple Tours unless otherwise stated.
    Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
